Camilla Bruggen she/her

Camilla Bruggen is a senior Diversity, Equity and Inclusion consultant and organisational change specialist with over 25 years’ experience advising global organisations across media, advertising and professional services. She most recently served as Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Wavemaker, where she led the DE&I strategy for more than 7,000 employees across multiple markets, partnering closely with executive teams, HR leaders and employee networks.

She holds three degrees in psychology, including an MSc in Health Psychology from University College London, and is known for her pragmatic, credible and empathetic style. Camilla works with organisations to translate inclusion ambition into practical action and lasting impact.

With a background and qualifications in HR, Law & Global Cultures, her work focuses on translating complex issues such as race, power, and inclusion into practical, sustainable organisational practices.

Jason Miles Summers is an award-winning Equity, Diversity and Inclusion consultant with more than 15 years of experience across the private sector, including a decade in the construction industry.

Drawing on both professional expertise and lived experience and his approach is respectful, non-judgmental, and grounded. Rather than focusing on ideology, his work centres on behaviours, systems and outcomes, helping organisations translate complex DEI concepts into practical steps that improve culture, wellbeing and organisational performance.
