Intentions,

for practitioners by practitioners…

Our industry-recognised Inclusion Conversations series began in 2024 and continues to create spaces for inclusion practitioners and inclusive leaders to discuss and navigate complex topics under the Chatham House Rule.

In 2024 we were nominated for DEI Innovation for this work by Unite Under One.

In 2026, we launched ‘Overcoming the Hidden Toll’, a ‘drop in’ meet up for EDI practitioners to connect with others without expectation to share challenges and realities of the work in a relaxed environment. We leave business lead generation talk at the door but provide a QR code for people to share details after.

What people say about Intentions

“These sessions are invaluable. In such a fast paced workplace we need time to reflect so we can we can innovate and find better solutions. These sessions do exactly that.”

— Inclusion Conversation attendee

“Thought provoking, creative, and challenging space to discuss diversity and inclusion in a way I haven’t done before. Great mix of people and expert facilitation which never felt pressured but encouraged me to go out of my comfort zone in the best way.”

— Inclusion Conversation attendee

The diverse and amazing practitioners and thinkers came together to tackle the next evolution of inclusion and organizational transformation. I came aware with thought leading actions, resources, and an expanded network to drive progress. Thank you, Third Culture, for curating such a dynamic and productive session.
